Essentially, a Thai chilli sauce for grown-ups. Less sugary than the ubiquitous sweet chilli version, but much more punchy.
How To Use
A great store cupboard addition Sriracha has a number of uses. It can be used to simply finish off a stir fry, jazz up a hot dog or Po' Boy or great as an ingredient too - think Sriracha Mayo for a grown up accompaniment.
