How To use it
Pectin is excellent for creating gels, thickening or stabilizing solutions. Highly soluble in water, it quickly thickens the liquid creating a sticky texture. We recommend using a stick blender when mixing the powder into solutions to prevent lumps occurring. If this is not possible you can also try mixing it with other powders to be added to the solution such as sugar or salt.
