Isomalt is an invert sugar used to create all manner of weird and wonderful decorations.
For use in food moulds and decorations. Isomalt can, unlike regular sugar, withstand high temperatures without the taste or texture being altered. It can be used to create decorations or moulds (either transparent or dyed with food colouring) for baked goods such as cakes or pastries.
