Small pearled pasta shape


Also known as pearl or giant cous cous. They are essentially small balls of pasta. They hold up well during cooking, retaining a slight al dente bite with a lightly nutty flavour. There size and shape makes them an ideal addition to cold, summer salads as well as cooking into sauces like you would other small pasta shapes.

Ingredients: 100% Half-hard wheat flour

Origin: Europe (Manufactured in Israel)

Packaging: Clear plastic bag

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place and reseal once opened
